As accurate as a Remington 700 (.223) at 100 yards.

I purchased a 10/22 from someone that was getting rid of all their guns. It had a Hi-Desertdog spiral fluted barrel - threaded - but, it is stainless steel. I have never seen one anywhere online or anywhere else, except on my 10/22. Are these no longer made? Only the blued is made now? I would appreciate any information on what I have, especially what it's worth. Thank you, Dean
